Collectorpro Software Inc has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes on behalf of its Clients. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct their query to Collectorpro Software Inc’s Client (the data controller). If requested to remove data we are processing for our Client, we will respond within a reasonable time frame. We may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our Services.

All Services where a Collectorpro Software Inc company processes personal information based on a data processing agreement entered with you or your employer (or other similarly situated entity) are not covered by this privacy policy. In this respect, the respective Collectorpro Software Inc group company is not the data controller but a data processor within the meaning of Art. 4(8) GDPR.

Our store policy is very simple. Any time within 30 days of purchase of any Collectorpro Software product you may uninstall it and return it for a refund!
