Linda Hiatt

Chief Executive Officer

Active in antiques and collecting over four decades.  Linda Hiatt is passionate about her industry.  Previously in the automotive accounting and management world acquiring the best training from General Motors.

In the beginning Collectorpro was the invention that satisfied the need of cataloging her weekend estate and yard sale obsession. When unable to locate a product to assist her with cataloging her collections, she turned to her highly-technical partner and spouse, Brian, who wrote software for her. Recognizing not only the benefits to her, but the opportunity to help other collectors as well, she and Brian decided in 1992 to place an ad in Maine Antique Digest. Capitalizing on Brian’s Internet expertise, they placed Collectorpro on the web and began the marketing process.

Quickly growing into a satisfying, successful business that enables collectors throughout the world to store images, history and values. Collectorpro has been reviewed in National publications several times and featured on television programs.

Involved not only with collectors, other clients include, Personal Property Appraisers for ISA, ASA and AAA organizations, art and auction galleries, museums, and artists worldwide. Longtime art admirer Linda says “The contributions to scholarships within our industries are key to our success and the future of art for us all.”

Currently the CEO of Collectorpro Software, Inc., 30 years later Linda co-leads the sales, marketing, financial and product development.

Brian Hiatt

Chief Technology Officer

Brian has over 25 years’ experience as CIO/CTO/COO of several fintech companies including startups, rapid growth, turn-around, and mature companies.  He has held C-Level positions at financial service providers Goldleaf Financial Solutions, Qdebit, Tecniflex, and Imagic Corporation.  Other roles include Cloud Transition Executive at Xerox Business Services, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Computer Sciences Corporation.  His expertise in software design, cloud security, cloud infrastructure design, industry compliance, and business continuity have helped dozens of businesses provide valuable and profitable services to their valued clients.  As a business owner, Brian always places needs of the business and their clients at the forefront.

Brian has written several cloud best practices articles and is a graduate of Chattanooga State College and holds numerous active cloud vendor certifications.

Eren Heuchert

Business Development Manager

Eren is the Business Development Manager for Collectorpro Software Inc. On any given day you can find her wearing several hats, all to integrate customer needs into the design and delivery of services. She tests software and contributes to technical documentation.  She helps to design, develop, and conduct training and demonstrations for clients. She researches industry practices, needs, and opportunities, both for product development and marketing. Eren is responsible for ensuring Collectorpro goals.

Her road to Collectorpro was not a direct one. Yet, her journey provided her with many of the tools and skills she uses today in her position at Collectorpro. She spent over 20 years in the Insurance industry where she held many positions. She was the Lead for a Subrogation Department at Medicare, Sr. Accounts manager group sales. In her last position, Eren was a Trust Manger for a Third-Party Administrator. She oversaw all aspects of benefits services for self-funded employers, including enrollment, writing summary plan descriptions, claims payment, retaining and reporting all fiscal information, administration of FSA And HSA plans, and maintaining client relationships. Her clients have included School Districts, James Hardy and CBIA. During her career in insurance, Eren received a letter of commendation from the Secretary of HHS for her work and recovery of funds for Medicare and addressed the Texas Bar Association to explain aspects of subrogation law.

In 2005, she made the bold decision to leave the insurance industry and follow her passion for art and design. After receiving an AA in interior design, she continued to study at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. She studied, Russian language and culture, world religion, and art history with an emphasis in Spanish art. She performed a special research project for the DMA on the Goa Cabinet. She earned a BA, and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2012. Eren is a Phi Bata Kappa and was nominated to be a Hyer Scholar.

During Her studies at SMU, she met Linda and they realized that their interests were very similar.  It was an easy decision to make the move to Collectorpro. Her previous work experience and her educational background allow her work effectively to help Collectorpro and their clients to reach their goals.
