Time Saver 1:
Have you ever created an appraisal report in Word or Excel and found you missed one object?
All appraisers have done this. If this object needs to be #21 (out of 200 objects) you then must manually renumber the remaining 179 objects. Can you bill your client for this time?
Collectorpro Software handles all the object sorting, grouping, and object numbering. You simply enter the object and Collectorpro will automatically renumber all the other objects and the new object will be in the order you need.
Time Saver 2:
The appraiser is using Word to create an appraisal report. Maybe a template is used in Word. The appraiser enters 100 objects, images, descriptions and values. Then the appraiser realizes they left a blank row in the Word template or table. The result is that the columns with the values cannot be totaled automatically.
The appraiser must find the blank row and remove it for Word to properly sum the amounts in a column.
Time Saver 3:
The appraiser has created an appraisal report in Word or Excel and has researched and assigned values to all the objects. The client calls and wishes to have a report without values to share with someone.
With Word or Excel the appraiser may choose to Save As and make a copy of the Word or Excel, remove the values manually, and then share with the client.
With Collectorpro Software all the appraiser needs to do is click on one checkbox to not include values on the report. All the values are retained, they just do not print on the report until the checkbox is clicked again.
