What’s New?
We’ve focused on usability and flexibility with this latest round of updates. Here’s a breakdown of what you can expect:
Comparables Screen Improvements
- The pop-out Comparables screen is now wider, making it easier to view and manage your data.
- The “Comparable Source” field has been expanded to 100 characters, giving you more room for detailed information.
- The “Comparable Description” field is now an unlimited text field, allowing for comprehensive notes without character limits.
Other Key Changes
- Field labels are now darker for increased readability, making it easier to quickly scan and understand information.
- The “Workfile Info” tab has been renamed to Workfile Settings for clearer navigation.
- The “Additional Info” tab is now called USPAP Info, providing a more accurate reflection of its content.
- “Field Label Template” has been renamed to Object Field Label Template, ensuring consistency and clarity.
- All “Notes” fields (located in Comparable, Workfile Settings, and USPAP Info) are now consistently labeled as Private Notes, clearly indicating their confidential nature.
- Object ID is no longer required to be unique. This significant change offers greater flexibility, especially when renumbering objects within your system.
