CollectorproOnline continues to evolve based on feedback from professional appraisers using the platform every day. On January 8, 2026, we’re deploying a set of enhancements and fixes designed to improve usability, reduce extra steps, and streamline common workflows.
The update will be applied between 12:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. Eastern Time. While brief interruptions may occur during this window, these improvements are focused on making your day‑to‑day appraisal work faster, smoother, and more intuitive.
What’s New & Improved
Smarter Object Navigation
When moving between objects using the left‑hand object list, CollectorproOnline now keeps you on the same object page. For example, if you’re working on images and select a different object, that object will open directly on the Images screen—eliminating unnecessary back‑and‑forth.
Summary Totals Now Support Quantity
You can now include object quantities in the Summary Totals section of your report. This enhancement provides clearer, more accurate summaries—especially helpful for grouped or multi‑item entries.
Improved Cover & Appendix Data Entry
Cursor focus is now set automatically when opening the Cover and Appendix sections, reducing extra clicks and improving overall data entry flow.
Cleaner, More Professional Reports
Blank rows are no longer generated in reports, resulting in cleaner formatting and more polished final output.
Faster Groupings Data Entry
Pressing the Enter key now saves when adding Groupings, bringing this behavior in line with expected data‑entry standards.
Add Groupings While Editing Objects
You can now create new Groupings directly while entering or editing an object—without exiting your current workflow.
Enhanced Object Entry Focus
For users with Automatic Numbering enabled, object entry focus behavior has been refined to reduce interruptions and speed up object entry.
Built Around User Feedback
These enhancements reflect ongoing feedback from our user community and our commitment to making CollectorproOnline efficient, intuitive, and reliable for professional appraisal reporting.
As always, we appreciate your input. If you have questions or suggestions, we’re happy to hear from you.
